At JS Property Maintenance, we provide professional property maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, pest control, power washing, and outdoor improvement services. Because our services involve scheduling, labour, travel, equipment, and materials purchased specifically for each project, the following terms apply.

Deposits secure your project within our schedule and allow us to purchase materials, reserve equipment, allocate labour, and prepare for your project.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, all quotations are based on the completed scope of work — not the amount of time spent on-site.

Our crews are trained to work efficiently using professional equipment and years of experience. Completing work faster than anticipated does not reduce the agreed project price.

3.Scope Changes

If the actual conditions differ materially from those represented during estimating — including but not limited to:

6.Completed Work

Once work has been completed in accordance with the approved quotation, refunds are generally not available.

Customers must notify JS Property Maintenance within 14 calendar days if they believe workmanship does not match the agreed scope.

Where appropriate, we will inspect the concern and may repair or correct verified workmanship deficiencies before considering any financial remedy.

7.Lawn Care Services

Results from weed control, fertilization, overseeding, soil amendments, mosquito control, tick control and pest control depend on factors beyond our control, including:

8.Customer Delays or Third-Party Restrictions

If work cannot proceed because of:

If a customer cancels after accepting a quotation, they remain responsible for costs already incurred, including:

Customers agree to contact JS Property Maintenance before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where services or materials have been provided in accordance with the approved quotation, chargebacks may be disputed using project documentation, photographs, signed estimates, invoices, communications, and this Refund Policy.

12.Limitation

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
